Art director

Our team is looking for a talented and experienced Art Director to create innovative products. Art Director is the one to keep the artistic vision of the project, get and give feedback, communicate with the team. To fulfil the role, the Art Director should create concepts for games and oversee the whole art process of development, provide guidance and feedback to the team of artists and animators, and be in charge of the entire art process. Among key functions of a successful Art Director, there is interaction with Game Designers in understanding features and artworks; communication with developers to make sure the ideas are implemented smoothly.

Necessary Skills

• 5+ years as a professional graphic designer with 2+ years of experience in a management role
• Exceptional capability with UX
• Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
• Excellent understanding of the web development process
• English not lower than upper intermediate

Desired Skills

• Great communication skills
• Work experience in top creative agencies (will be a plus)
• Knowledge and experience of gambling game graphics
• Gambling experience
• Experience in process development in a team is required
