Account Manager
Key Points
Serve as primary contact for client concerns and needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
- Client Accounts and Records:
Keep accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals
Stay on top of accounts, ensuring services are within budget and meet client needs
- Internal Collaboration and Strategy:
Work with sales and other teams to develop strategic marketing plans and achieve KPIs
Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress and improvements
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
Communicate regularly with the sales team
Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to enhance upselling and cross-selling
Generate progress reports for clients and senior management
Handle customer inquiries and requests, addressing their needs
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in iGaming
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Proficiency with customer success and customer relationship management software
