  • Required Skills and Qualifications

    • 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in iGaming
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficient in written and spoken English

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
    • Proficiency with customer success and customer relationship management software
